Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day CFO Trial (₹99)

The 14-Day Cash Hand CFO Trial requires a one-time introductory fee of ₹99, activated upon server verification. It provides 14 calendar days of full CFO features.

The trial does not automatically renew into the Monthly CFO Service (₹699/month). Cash Hand will never automatically charge ₹699 after the trial unless the customer explicitly authorizes the payment. Customer accounts and financial records are never deleted upon trial expiration. If a technical activation failure occurs after verified payment, customers are entitled to a full refund upon email request.

2. Monthly CFO Service Cancellations

Subscribers to the Monthly CFO Service (₹699/month) may cancel their recurring subscription at any time directly through their billing dashboard or by emailing Cashhand804@gmail.com.

Upon cancellation, access to premium virtual CFO features and monthly board reports will continue through the end of the current paid billing cycle. No further automatic charges will occur.

3. One-Time Health Check Diagnostic

The One-Time Health Check (₹499) is a personalized diagnostic service delivered upon data entry. If a technical error prevents the generation of your working capital diagnostic audit or if our advisory team fails to deliver the audit within 7 working days, you are entitled to a 100% full refund upon request.

4. Processing Refund Requests

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source (UPI, Net Banking, or Debit Card) within 5 to 7 commercial business days according to standard banking processing protocols.
