1. Information We Collect

Cash Hand provides financial intelligence and virtual CFO management software for businesses. In delivering our services, we collect:

• Account Credentials: Email address and authentication verification records via Supabase Auth.
• Business Coordinates: Business name, proprietor name, industry, turnover tier, phone number, and commercial communication address.
• Financial Ledger Entries: Operating accounts, revenue entries, categorized business expenses, customer invoices, and vendor bills entered by you.

2. Strict Tenant Isolation & Row Level Security

Every financial record, transaction, and invoice stored in Cash Hand is protected by database-enforced Row Level Security (RLS). Under our architecture, queries are scoped strictly to the authenticated account ID (auth.uid()). No customer or unauthorized third party can ever view or query another business's financial information.

3. Data Ownership & Export

You maintain 100% legal sovereignty over your business data. Cash Hand will never sell, lease, or monetize customer financial records. You can download a complete export of your transactions, accounts, receivables, payables, and invoices at any time in CSV or JSON format.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Analytical Processing

When utilizing AI CFO features, only your isolated numerical totals (revenues, cost drivers, outstanding aging) are processed to formulate observations. Authentication tokens, private database passwords, and third-party credentials are never sent to AI providers.
